Every year, thousands of birds are ringed at Lake Kvismare Bird Observatory. A small number of these birds are found in other places in Sweden and abroad. Some of the recoveries have been checked by ringers, while others might have been found after crashing into a window or being sought by a cat. Now, all recoveries are presented on an interactive map, which gives some answers as to where the birds from Lake Kvismaren end up.
The map with recoveries of birds ringed by Lake Kvismare Bird Observatory is available at birdringing.bioatlas.se.
